Philadelphia Power Map

Cities like Philadelphia know that we're holding decision makers accountable for their support of the police. You too can find the decision-makers at home for peaceful protest. Here is how Philly activists describe their map:

The Rizzo statue is down, but to undo hundreds of years of structural racism, we need to keep going.

Institutions like UPenn and Temple, corporations like Comcast, Aramark, and Urban Outfitters, and their CEOs all uphold structural racism. Their statements that Black Lives Matter are nice, but when you hoard wealth, support the Philly Police Foundation, and kick people out of their homes, you're pretty much trash.

Right now, it's up to our elected officials to pass policies ASAP. Without structural change, healing can't happen.

If you appear on this map and would like to be removed, we'd be happy to do so. Email justiceforgeorgefloydinphilly@gmail.com with your public statement calling on the mayor and council to stop attacking protestors, defund the police, protect Philly renters, and tax the rich to fund Black communities, and we'd be happy to remove you!
